Practice Schedule Update for This Week
Due to changing numbers and scheduling conflicts at the high school, we’ve made a few adjustments to this week’s practice schedule. Please review the updates carefully:

Monday
Blue & White Groups
- Practice together at JCMS
- 6:00–7:00 PM

Black Group
- Practice at the High School
- 6:15 PM start

Tuesday & Thursday
All practices are moved to Junction City Middle School.

Blue & White Groups
- 5:30–6:30 PM

Black Group
- 6:30 PM start at JCMS

OPEN MAT - We have added an Open Mat on Wednesday. This is a great opportunity for wrestlers to get a little more mat time.
