Last night, we sent wrestlers home with a form to sign up for the upcoming District Tournament. Please take a moment to review and complete this form with your wrestler.

Important:
- JCWC will handle all registration and cover the cost for the district tournament.
- Please DO NOT register or pay on your own.

The completed form must be returned to Dan or Matt by March 2nd.

Attached to the sign‑up form is also a Record Sheet. This sheet will be used during the district seeding meeting, so please look back at the tournaments your wrestler has competed in and record who they wrestled and who they beat. Accurate information helps ensure fair and proper seeding.
